ORDERING FROM SANICLEAR

 

When you order our products/services, you are making an offer to order, which if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. We reserve the right not to accept or process your order without reason.

 

To place an order with us, you must be over 18 years of age. By ordering our products, you agree to abide by terms and conditions as stated in this document.

 

You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the products will be correct, that the payment method which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the products. 

 

We reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the products.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Kindly provide your personal information to facilitate delivery.

 

A delivery charge of $10 will be applied to all orders. No delivery will be made outside Singapore. Shipping and delivery will not be available to restricted areas. Examples of restricted areas include:

Alps Avenue, Changi Cargo Complex/Ferry Terminal, Airport link, Jurong Island, Lim Chu Kang, MID Bases, Sentosa, Senoko, Sembawang Park, Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, Tuas View Extension, Changi Airport, Marina Bay Sands. 

(Kindly check with us for rates if you wish to deliver to any other locations.)

 

CANCELLATION

 

Request for order cancellation shall be made within two (2) hours (Grace Period) from the time of placement of your order by contacting us at saniclear@easternalps.com.sg or calling 8933 2201. 

 

Any request for cancellation made after the Grace Period will not be entertained. 

 

We reserve the absolute discretion to approve or reject your request for cancellation. For cancellation of your order, you shall be responsible for the payment of an administrative charge which shall be determined by us prior to your cancellation.
